EARTHQUAKE RESISTANT PROPERTIES:

    Vandanaa TMT is a boon for earthquake prone areas as it is proven to have higher resistance to dynamic loading conditions. Our bars provide comparatively higher elongation, UTS, Yield ratio and better ductility making them more earthquake resistant. The level of impurities (Sulphur and phosphorus) are much below the standard specifications as per IS 1786:2008. This provides good flexibility, high strength and toughness which are very essential for safety of construction against earthquakes.

FINE WELDING  FEATURES:

    Due to low carbon content, it can be used for weld joints without reducing the strength at weld joints.

EASY WORKING AT SITE:

    Vandanaa TMT has unique ductility and bendability. Owing to this, Pre -welded meshes can be made to eliminate manual building at site thereby reducing construction and fabrication time.

GREATER RESISTANCE TO FIRE:

    Owing to the distinct TEMPCORE process, Vandanaa  TMT bars have higher strength even at higher temperature of around 500 degree C to 600 degree C. This is why our TMT can be used easily in construction prone to fire hazards.

LOW TRANSPORTATION COST:

    Added advantage of being centrally located due to which it aids in economical transportation throughout the nation.

CORROSION RESISTANCE:

    Having adopted the TEMPCORE Controlled water-cooling process which gives the bar superior strength and anti-corrosive properties by preventing the formation of coarse carbides.
